Can payments be made to Business Rewards Visa credit cards?

Yes.  Payments can be made from a CCCU account you currently have available in Online Banking and Mobile Banking App.

If your Business Rewards Visa consolidates all activity to one account known as the company control account, payments must be made to that account.  Do not make a payment to an individual account, otherwise it will delay the payment.

Can Points for Cash be redeemed at ANY amount? How many points do I need?

Visa Signature and World MasterCard can be redeemed in $25 increments which equals 2,500 points. Visa Rewards can be redeemed in increments of $50 which equals 5,000 points.

Can the card ever have a negative balance?

Any authorization request that is greater than the card’s available balance will be declined. However, there can be times when a Visa merchant puts an item through without prior authorization. If an overdraft occurs, the cardholder will be required to either reload funds onto the card or make a payment to Cardholder Services to cover the negative amount.

Can we have our checks printed with our preferred business check supplier?

Yes. You may order checks with any third party supplier. Please make sure the financial institution information section is accurate and meets the credit union’s specifications.

Can you withdraw from the Money Market at any time?  

Yes! Money Market accounts do not have time limits or terms. You can withdraw and deposit money from your account at any time.  

Can you withdraw from the Premium Money Market at any time?  

Yes! Money Market accounts do not have time limits or terms. You can withdraw and deposit money from your account at any time.  

Do I have to purchase special software to use RDCexpress?

No. RDCexpress is accessible online.

Do I need a data plan?

A data plan is typically needed when you want to use the app when Wi-Fi is not available. Please check with your wireless carrier for more information.

Do I need to use paper deposit tickets when using RDCexpress?

No. Physical deposit tickets cannot be used for any deposit made through RDCexpress. RDCexpress automatically creates an electronic deposit ticket for each deposit.

Do you do loans for equipment purchases or solar panels?

Yes.  For loans like this, we prefer to use the church as collateral and do a real estate loan. This makes the rates and terms better for the borrower.  However, if that is not possible, we do have equipment loans available.

Do you offer a solution for churches to accept offerings, tithes, etc. online?

Yes. Christian Community Credit Union has customized solutions for ministries to make it possible for their members to give automatically from their checking or savings account and/or credit card. Does it cost money to become a member?  

It doesn’t cost anything to become a member of CCCU. Instead, as a member you’ll have access to exclusive membership benefits you can only get when you join our cooperative.
