A Better Way to Stay Alert to Debit & Credit Card Fraud

CCCU is committed to helping you fight debit and credit card fraud. We’re happy to announce a new service — Advanced Fraud Alerts!

This service will allow you to quickly receive emails, SMS texts, and interactive phone calls when fraud is suspected—giving you the opportunity to confirm the legitimacy of transactions.

Here’s how it works:
  • You’re automatically enrolled – You can opt out of this service when you receive your first fraud alert. 
  • You’ll receive a fraud alert when there’s a suspicious transaction on your card by phone, text (SMS number is 49447), or email (from [email protected]). It’ll be important to respond immediately with a simple “Yes” or “No.” Your responsiveness will help us stop further unauthorized transactions.

If you need to update your contact information, please contact us using “Secure Chat” or “Secure Email” within Online/Mobile Banking.
Note: CCCU will never ask you for account information or your PIN in fraud alerts!
