The loan offered by the Credit Union is an Adjustable Rate Mortgage. After the initial fixed rate period has expired, the applicable interest rate and monthly payments will be adjusted semi annual or every 6 months based upon movements of an interest rate index. Based on current market conditions, the fully indexed rate (once adjusted) is calculated by combining the margin and associated mortgage index. The APR is based on loan amounts up to $766,550.00. The Adjustable Rate Mortgage loan offered by the Credit Union is amortized over 15 or 30 years. The initial interest rate is fixed based on the adjustable-rate program chosen of the loan, and adjusts semi annual or every 6 months thereafter. After the initial fixed rate period, the interest rate charged will be based on an interest rate index (“index”) plus a margin, rounded to the nearest one-eighth of one percentage point (0.125%). The index is: The Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR) as made available by the Federal Reserve Board. The most recent Index figure available as of the date 45 days before each Change Date is called the “Current Index.”
For new purchase loans, the maximum loan-to-value ratio is 97% (PMI required). For refinance loans with cash out, the maximum loan-to-value ratio is 90% (PMI required) based on appraised value. All rates apply to single family dwellings that are owner occupied.

1) 1.5% cash rewards are earned for every $1 spent in net purchases (purchases minus returns/credits) on the credit card account.
2) To qualify for the $200 cash rewards bonus, a total of at least $750 in net purchases (purchases minus returns/credits) must post to your account within three months from the date your account is opened. 
3) 0% Introductory APR on purchases for 6 months, then a variable APR of 18.99% – 32.99% based upon your creditworthiness. 0% Balance Transfer APR for six months when balances are transferred during the first 60 days of account open date, then the variable APR of 18.99% – 32.99% based upon your creditworthiness. Balance Transfer Fee is 3% of the amount transferred with a $15 minimum.

1. New & Used Vehicle: This is a fixed rate loan and reflects the 0.25% discount for new members OR for members using automatic payments from a Christian Community Credit Union Checking Account (new members are those that joined Christian Community Credit Union within the last six months). Monthly payment for $10,000 for 60 months: at 6.74% APR would be $197.31. Refinances for existing Christian Community Credit Union loans will require a $2,500 cash out, if the vehicle has good value. Not all borrowers will qualify for the lowest rate. Rates are based on credit history and underwriting factors. Rate subject to credit approval, age of collateral, and mileage. 
Rate Increase to Base Rate 
• Add 0.50%  for every 5% above Base Loan-to-Value (LTV) limit; subject to Out-the-Door (OTD) LTV limits (max 10% above base LTV) 
• Add 0.50% if vehicle is over 100K miles 
• Add 0.50% if model year is 10 years or older for credit score below 660

Business Savings Account: Unlimited withdrawals: When made in person, by mail or at an ATM. When made by telephone, fax or computer, if a check is payable to the member and mailed to the member. Unlimited transfers when made between the accounts of the same member and made in person by mail or at an ATM and when the transfer is made by the member to pay a loan the member has with the Credit Union. 
Limited to six (6) transfers or withdrawals when payable to a third party when made by telephone, fax, computer as well as by check or debit card. Made by telephone, fax or computer to another account of the member at the Credit Union. Made by preauthorized, automatic or bill-payment arrangement for transfers to the member’s other account(s) at the Credit Union or to a third party. 
$5 monthly fee when the balance falls below $100.
