CCCU Responds to Global Crises with Support for Samaritan’s Purse and H.O.M.E.

Christian Community Credit Union (CCCU) has donated $10,000 to Samaritan’s Purse and $5,000 to Health Outreach to the Middle East (H.O.M.E.) to support disaster relief efforts in the wake of Hurricane Helene and ongoing conflicts in the Middle East.

In response to these crises, CCCU is extending its support and prayers to those affected. Through partnerships with Samaritan’s Purse and H.O.M.E., CCCU is helping deliver aid where it’s needed most. Samaritan’s Purse is distributing critical supplies in five regions devastated by Hurricane Helene, while H.O.M.E. has opened a new medical center in Lebanon to provide healthcare to communities impacted by the ongoing conflict.

The funds come from CCCU’s “Cards that Give to Missions” program, where a portion of the credit union’s interchange income is directed towards emergency programs for areas in desperate need of support.  

Our partnerships with Samaritan’s Purse and H.O.M.E. help CCCU continue its mission to not only meet the financial needs of its members but also extend compassion and aid to vulnerable populations during times of hardship.

Health Outreach to the Middle East (H.O.M.E.) is a Christian, interdenominational organization dedicated to providing physical, psychological, and spiritual care to the impoverished and suffering in the Middle East, all in the name of Christ. H.O.M.E. currently supports 18 affordable Christian medical clinics, hospitals, and healthcare projects across Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, and Sudan, with plans to expand soon into the United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Bahrain, and further into North Africa.
