Ezra, our virtual assistant is here to help. To gain account access, simply call us at 800.347.2228 and say/speak your desired request such as “account balance, account transfer, account history.”
- To improve your experience, please speak slowly.
- There may be silences when Ezra is gathering information.
- Using the keypad may be clearer to Ezra than speech when numerical choices are available.
- Transfers to a different Member Number are not available at this time.
- Loan payments are not available at this time.
One-Time Passcode (OTP) Authentication
One-Time Passcode (OTP) Authentication You will be prompted to establish a secure connection. To do so, please have your base Member Number ready. Your 4–6-digit Member Number can be found on the top right-hand corner of your monthly statement.
You will first be prompted for your Social Security Number. Next, you will be prompted for your Member Number. Ezra will then send you a security code via text to your mobile number on file.
You will then key in your security code for authentication.
Balance Inquiry
You may request your balance:
- Request account balances.
- Ezra responds to your request for your balance and provides account balances.
Transaction Inquiry
You may request your transaction history in one of the following ways:
- Ezra will prompt you to specify the time period.
- Specify the time period.
- Ezra will prompt you to specify the account.
- Specify the account.
- Ezra responds with your request for your transactions.
- Ezra provides a summary of the results of what you are about to receive.
- Ezra provides the transactions for the specific time period and account.
Direct Deposit History
You may request your deposit history:
- Request direct deposit.
- Ezra will respond to your request for direct deposit and provide the information.
Internal Transfer
Internal Money Transfer features enable you to transfer money between your accounts, within the same Member Number.
- Ezra will prompt what type of transfer you would like to make
- Specify the transfer type (internal transfer).
- Ezra will prompt you to select the source account.
- Select one of the available accounts.
- Ezra will prompt you to select the destination account.
- Select one of the available accounts.
- Ezra will prompt you to provide the amount.
- Specify the amount.
- Ezra will provide a transfer summary and will ask you to confirm.
- Confirm that you want to proceed with the transfer.
- Ezra will advise the transfer has been completed.
