AdelFi Christian Banking is rooted in the Greek word adelphos (or adelphoi), used throughout the New Testament over 300 times to describe brothers and sisters united in Christ—a reminder that our foundation is spiritual family and shared faith (see Mark 3:35; Hebrews 2:17). “Adel” also reflects a Hebrew meaning, “God is eternal” and “noble,” pointing to the timeless character of the One we serve. The suffix “Fi” reflects both finance and our digital-first approach—using modern technology to help believers manage their resources wisely, grow generously, and make a lasting impact for good.
