Christian Community Credit Union Employees Raise $700 for Breast Cancer Charity

Christian Community Credit Union’s employees held their 16th annual breast cancer awareness fundraiser on Friday, October 28, 2016, raising $700 for Susan G. Komen’s Passionately Pink for the Cure™. Employees donated five dollars or more in exchange for wearing jeans, sneakers, and/or pink T-shirts to work.

“It’s a day to reflect on those we’ve lost to cancer and to contribute towards research to end this horrible disease,” said Credit Union Administrative Support and Facilities Coordinator Janna Johnson. “We also want to raise awareness among our staff and remind them and their loved ones to get regular checkups.”
