New Features & Enhancements
This new platform is designed to provide your ministry/business enhanced tools, greater convenience, and improved security—all within ONE seamless digital platform. Here are some key enhancements:
Unified Login: No more juggling multiple logins for Bill Pay, Mobile Deposits, ACH, Wires, Positive Pay, or QuickBooks. All services will be available in one place, delivering a more convenient and efficient digital banking experience.
Customizable User Access: With “Bill Pay User Entitlements,” individual team members can now be assigned access based on their role, eliminating the need for a single company-level login. This adds flexibility and improves security by giving the right access to the right people.
Bill Pay: Access advanced payment tools with Bill Pay and manage, schedule, and approve payments seamlessly, without needing a separate login.
Mobile Deposit: Deposit checks quickly and easily through the integrated mobile deposit feature, allowing ministries & businesses to handle deposits from any device within the same unified banking experience.
Secondary Admin Options: Businesses can now assign a Secondary Administrator to manage user access and permissions, adding flexibility and security to your banking management.
System Notifications: Stay informed with real-time notifications for important actions like approvals, payments, and Positive Pay. These alerts will keep your team updated on critical transactions, improving visibility and control.
