Requirements:
Valid driver’s license required
Current car insurance and reliable transportation required
PC/Windows-based software experience required, with proficiency in word processing (Word preferred)
and spreadsheets (Excel preferred) Credit union knowledge preferred Federal Express experience preferred Previous banking experience preferred
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in making decisions and interact effectively and positively with all levels of personnel
Ability to demonstrate reasoning and analytical skills
Ability to handle interruptions
Ability to give direction with confidence
Good editing/proofreading and research skills
Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats with individuals
Math skills
Accurate typing at 40 wpm
10-key by touch at 18 kpm
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to exercise confidentiality
Ability to work as part of a team Regular attendance and punctuality Professional appearance
English literacy

*Starting level for this position is Grade 4. After the employee is fully trained, tested and certified in all aspects of this position, and upon the discretion of the supervisor, the employee may be promoted to Grade 5 according to knowledge, training and experience.
