Automated Fraud Alerts

At Christian Community Credit Union, we’re serious about protecting you from fraudulent activity on your accounts. That’s why we’ve strengthened our defenses with a new, automated system.

Our new system can identify threats faster, notify you sooner, and equip you with the tools you need to take IMMEDIATE action against fraud.

Our new automated system includes:

  • IMMEDIATE alerts: When your account shows suspicious activity, we won’t wait for an agent to dial your number – our automated system will contact you by voice call. The call prompts will easily walk you through reviewing suspicious activity on your card.
  • Prefer text messages? Sign up to receive text fraud alerts. Simply click on the “Additional Services” menu in Online Banking or via Accesspoint*
  • 2-Way Communication: When you receive an alert, you can take action instantly by texting or interacting with the automated phone system. You’ll just need to answer some questions regarding your recent card activity.
  • Real-time Support: Our agents are ready to help at any time so you’ll get the best defense— exactly when you need it.

With the new Automated Fraud Alerts system, you’ll get immediate alerts, two-way communication, and real-time support! We’ll be able to act fast and help stop fraud in its tracks!

Members should be aware that, while Christian Community Credit Union does monitor fraudulent or suspicious account activity and may proactively contact a member about this activity, we will never call and ask for confidential information such as your entire account number or PIN.
