If you’ve been financially impacted by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we’re ready to help. Whether you’re facing a temporary financial setback, a layoff, or a job loss, we’re here to come alongside you and help you get through this difficult time. Below are our Financial Relief Programs available.

Our COVID-19 Financial Relief Program is open to members of Christian Community Credit Union.

To get started, please call 800.347.CCCU (2228). Due to a higher call volume than usual, we encourage you to complete our questionnaire

Skip-a-Pay for Auto Loans and Lines of Credit

Our Skip-a-Pay program gives you the option to defer monthly payments on eligible loans. The skipped payments are then added to the end of your loan(s) without affecting your credit.

Skip-a-Pay for Credit Cards

We have automatically skipped your May 2020 credit card payments.

You can also take advantage of a $500 emergency increase for your credit card. Please call our 24-Hour Cardholder Services:

Fee Waivers

During this time, we’ll be waiving Courtesy Pay and NSF (non-sufficient funds) fees for members who have been financially impacted by COVID-19.

Mortgage Payment Deferment

We’re offering temporary deferment of mortgage payments up to 90 days for eligible borrowers.

Loan Solutions

We offer personal loans and personal lines of credit for members with rates as low as 10.25% APR. With interest rates at historic lows, you may want to keep a credit card at hand for emergencies or refinance your mortgage to free up some cash each month.
