Whether you’re experiencing a temporary disruption to your paycheck or a longer-term income loss from layoff or job loss, please contact our Member Care Center at 800.347.CCCU (2228) for financial relief. We have Coronavirus (COVID-19) Assistance Programs such as Skip-a-Pay, waiving overdraft fees, mortgage payment deferment, and other financial relief solutions to help you get through these difficult times.

Know that at Christian Community Credit Union, your money is safe, sound, and working to advance God’s Kingdom. We are one of the largest faith-based credit unions nationwide and are in the top 8.5% of all Credit Unions in the United States. Plus, each account (suffix) is privately insured up to $250,000 by American Share Insurance. Rest assured, your money is safe.

  • We’re continuing to share regular updates and best practices for our staff to stay safe and healthy.
  • Some of our staff are now working remotely.
  • We’ve established restrictions on in-person meetings with staff and vendors.
  • We’ve instituted both international and domestic travel restrictions for our staff.

For our ministry members, you can do your banking through Cash Management and Ministry Online Banking.
