Investing...
Does “One Size Fit All?”

There's no such thing as a one size fits all when it comes to investing. Every investor has a unique set of goals, just like an investment program.

And, don't buy into the myth that says “stocks are for the young” and “bonds are for the mature investor.” When in fact, assets allocated entirely based on age, will not only limit your investment options but could also limit your earning potential, as well.

For example, a couple in their 40's with children entering college might want to consider investing primarily in short-term investment programs because they will more than likely need their funds sooner than later. While a couple also in their 40's with no children may think in terms of being a bit more “aggressive” and invest more in stocks.

The key is not to put all your eggs into one basket, because your choices are unlimited. With the assistance of your Registered Representative, you can wisely and appropriately allocate your investments according to your family and personal retirement needs.

Simply put — you have to plan and tailor your investment strategy to meet both your financial needs and your comfort level. No investment strategy is a guarantee of profits.

Christian Community Credit Union Helps Internationally
Through World Council of Credit Unions, Inc.

Christian Community Credit Union is making a difference worldwide. The Credit Union supports the development of credit unions in developing countries around the world through its support of World Council of Credit Unions, Inc. (WOCCU). Daysi Flores of Ecuador secured her family's freedom from poverty by leveraging her credit union membership with used greenhouse supplies. Daysi lives in the El Quinch region where flowers are the second largest export and there are many large flower factories. These flower factories use large plastic tarps that cover the growing greenhouses.

Daysi used her first credit union loan to launch her own recycling business. She contracts to buy damaged plastic tarps and hoses from several greenhouses. She then trucks these supplies to a recycling center, where they are melted into new sheeting then sold to other local greenhouses.

WOCCU has credit union development projects in 15 countries ranging from Afghanistan and Bolivia to Rwanda and Uzbekistan.
