Employees at Christian Community Credit Union joined together to prepare Easter baskets for the boys at McKinley Children’s Center of San Dimas, CA. McKinley Children’s Center is a non-profit organization whose mission is to help troubled children gain the skills, knowledge and self-esteem essential to personal maturity and successful family functioning.
This is the first time the Credit Union participated in this Easter outreach. The Easter baskets were delivered on April 9th and included items such as sports and recreational equipment, activity books, art materials and assorted candies.
“It’s encouraging to see the staff of Christian Community Credit Union pull together and embrace these children. We feel blessed to be able to reach out to the needy in our area by providing gifts the children will enjoy” said Janna Johnson, a member of the Credit Union’s Social Committee. “What a great way to be God’s hands and show His love!”
