Making Deposits
With the advancement of technology, many ministries can save time by banking without leaving their offices. Making Payments and Accessing Funds
The most common method ministries use to make payments is check writing. With our ministry checking accounts, you can write an unlimited number of checks and access the images online once the checks clear. We also offer check fraud protection through Positive Pay. This service protects you by allowing you to review checks that clear, but do not match the list of checks you have issued, and by notifying us of these checks so they can be returned.
We also offer tools to transfer funds electronically, such as Automated Clearing House (ACH) and Wires, to make it even easier for you to make payments. Whether you need to make a one time, recurring, same day, or future dated payment in the US or internationally, you can conveniently initiate the payment through our Secure Online System.
Managing Your Accounts
Besides making deposits and withdrawals, we offer two online banking systems to help you manage your accounts.
- Online Banking: Our basic online banking system will allow you to appoint one individual to access your account and inquire on balance and account activity information. You can also make online transfers, pay bills, access electronic statements, and initiate external funds transfers.
- Cash Management: This is our more robust online banking system. It is the ideal solution for ministries who have volunteers and multiple staff managing the accounts because it will allow you to issue individual user access for each person. This system offers many features that make managing your accounts convenient. Here are just a few of the features: Balance Reporting, Detail Transaction Reporting, Balance Alerts, On-screen Check Images, Account-to-Account Transfers, ACH Origination, Wire Transfers, and more.
