Employee Benefits
The following benefits are available to All Christian Community Credit Union employees:
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – All full-time and part-time employees are eligible for confidential benefits that include counseling, workplace matters, financial and legal assistance, and child and elder care resources. This benefit provides up to 8 visits per year, with no co-payments.
Pet Insurance - All full-time and part-time employees are eligible to participate and enroll their pets in this voluntary plan. This benefit provides the employee discount rates on pet insurance through Petplan's employer group, the world's largest pet insurance company.
Worker’s Compensation – Provided for all full-time and part-time employees in case of an industrial injury.
Pension Plan and 401(k) Plan - Eligibility begins after one year of employment for all full-time and part-time employees who have worked 1,000 hours or more and are 21 years of age or older. A defined Contribution Plan and 401(k) Plan are offered for the purpose of saving for retirement. Enrollment periods are January and July of each year.
The following benefits are available to all Full-time and Part-time CCCU employees regularly working 30 hours or more:
Medical - Eligibility begins after 30 days of employment, effective the first day of the following month for all full-time and part-time employees regularly working 30 hours or more. Employee may choose from either an HMO or PPO Plan. Family members may be added at the expense of the employee.
Dental – Eligibility begins after 30 days of employment, effective the first day of the following month for all full-time and part-time employees regularly working 30 hours or more. Employee may choose from either a DMO or PPO Plan. Family members may be added at the expense of the employee.
Life Insurance & Accidental Death/Dismemberment – Eligibility begins after 30 days of employment, effective the first day of the following month for all full-time and part-time employees regularly working 30 hours or more. Benefit payments are paid in the event of death or dismemberment.
Long-Term Disability – Eligibility begins after 30 days of employment, effective the first day of the following month for all full-time and part-time employees regularly working 30 hours or more. Benefits are paid after 90 days of disability.
Health Reimbursement Account – Eligibility begins after 30 days of employment, effective the first day of the following month for all full-time and part-time employees working 30 hours or more. The Health Reimbursement Account provides reimbursement for a portion of insurance deductible costs, limited partial co-payments, and vision care.
Section 125 Plan – Eligibility begins after 30 days of employment, effective the first day of the following month for all full-time and part-time employees working 30 hours or more. This Plan allows for redirection of payroll to provide tax-free monies for childcare, qualified medical expenses and insurance premiums.
In addition to all of the above-mentioned benefits, Full-time employees are also eligible for the following benefits:
Personal Leave Time – Eligibility begins after 31 days of employment. Days accrue during a new full-time employee's six-month introductory period but are not credited for use or cash out until the completion of the introductory period. This benefit is provided for illness, emergencies or personal reasons.
Vacation Pay – Eligibility begins after 31 days of employment. Days accrue during a new full-time employee's six-month introductory period but are not credited for use or cash out until the completion of the introductory period. This benefit is provided for leisure time away from work.
Holidays & Day After Thanksgiving – All full-time employees are paid for 10 holidays and the day after Thanksgiving. Employees must be employed 90 days to be eligible for floating holiday.
